The SCM Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Eduardo Diazmuñoz, features students from across the Conservatorium performing ambitious and celebrated orchestral works. From the masterpieces of Mozart, Mahler and Sibelius to contemporary Australian works from Hindson and Kats-Chernin, the 2016 concert season is a showcase of the talent, virtuosity and musicianship of the Conservatorium’s student body, and a glimpse of the bright future of Australian symphonic performance.
